Charged bank account multiple times when not supposed to! Los Angeles

I signed up for my free Credit Score at www.freecreditreport.com. They ask for a credit card number to get started and verify it is you. Then a month later I am being charged $12.95 per month for the "Free" credit report. Need to have them refund my money.
I had to close my current bank account.
