I was with Risk Management for almost a year and cancelled in October. Told them that I wanted my money back that they had in account for me to save enough to payoff credit card debt.
I paid them $300.00 a month after paying them $1,200.00 fees. They have $2100.00 of my money that is suppose to be in a saving account in my name and I told them that I would like it returned.
I sent them numerous emails about my money and they replied that it would take 4-6 weeks to send it. I even signed a cancellation letter for them showing that I want to cancel.
I called and I sent emails several times and just got the run around. They always tell me that a creditor did not removed their Power of Attorney to them.
I saved all my emails from them showing how they answered me. I called several times and left messages and phone number to contact and never got any response.
They never done anything with my credit cards. I go calls from all of them and they put me in bad credit with the credit bureau.
I explain to the credit card people what I was doing and it never solved anything. I thought by joining them it would help me with my credit and keep my credit straight.
I never was late with my payments before and I thought it was a good idea to have just one bill. Now I put my faith in the wrong people.
Now I am paying all my credit cards myself and it is costing me dearly. Late payment charges, over the limit fees high interest rates and everything.
I am hoping that I can get some of this money back cause I paid them in good faith and I was hoping they were doing the same. I am so far in debt with the credit cards now that I can't seem to see a way out.
Now I found out you can't trust anyone. I can't see how a company like this can do this to people and still be in business. RIPOFF
