On February 10 I sent the above named lawyer a cease communication letter. Now the evening of April 25 at approximately 8:00 P.M. I am being handed a summons and complaint letter to appear within 21 days. The complaint was issued on April 6 stating that the summons expires on July 7.
I would appreciate if you can advice me as to what is the best avenue to take at this point. Thank you.
