I need help from anyone who may have experienced what i am going through. Last year in an attempt to rebuild my credit I applied, after paying a $200 fee, to CCS for a credit card. It did not take long to realize I had been ripped off. After trying to contact them several times to cancel I thought it was taken care of. To be sure I closed my bank account and switched to a different bank altogether. To my surprise I recently received a statement from them saying that since they could not process my checking account that I opened the account with. Since they could not process my bank account they conveniently charged the $99 anual fee to their own credit card, which I never activated, and provided me with a statement to pay the outstanding amount. We all know their customer service is the worst in the world and I am at my wits end and do not know what to do. It is ridiculous and I do not know what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated. All others beware, this so called company from Vegas is a total rip-off.
