Ripoff not showing me what was taken off credit cards only and total-no monthly statements

I am sending thi because they gave me two address to send my payments... Then i get a letter saying they didn' get a payment on my bills... Or the card company r asking me to send them payments in three or four lg. Payments...

I ask for a monthly statment only got one showing payment plan -% off each one and current rate and there rate... But, never show me—exsample—card was 395.00 -200.00 late charge -what did they get off and like they said, they would...

Then i get all these addresses and numbers-1-877-778-3328 ext. 111 or1-800-378-0681 or 123 Annapolis, Rd—suiteD&Odenton, MD. 21113... But, i get all statments from the Silver Spring office..

So i want to know if they are for real company and telling send to second pay office... They have recieve 4 payments from me at $123.00 x 4=$492.00 so far..
