Hurley state bank rips everyone off! Even if you have perfect credit and you get a credit card through them (Gateway for example) - they give you the highest interest rate allowed in the state you reside in. No matter how good your credit is. They charge you ridiculous monthly payments, and if you send your payment in on time, or send more than you are supposed too. They don't post it until after it's due date - and charge you a ridiculous late fee!
If you move or change addresses, they don't update their files, and if you sit on the phone for an hour on hold just to talk to a live person, they say they have your old address over and over again, and they take the new one and say it's updated, but then when you call again next month to ask why they say your payment is late when you KNOW you sent it in early, they don't have your new address and never will... They are a bunch of incompetent idiots who don't know how to do their job and steal people's money by fraudulently stating that your monthly payments are late no matter HOW MANY TIMES YOU send it in early. PLUS! They don't even send you your monthly statement until about three days until your due date, so unless you make your own envelope with their address on it and send it in before you get your statement, then your payment will be late anyway!
This company needs to be shut down or investigated by an authoritative government authority and discontinued by Gateway. Gateway will draw itself down into the gutter if it continues to use shady companies like this.
