I kept getting calls from this company and I would wait for an agent and I would be disconnected. After two weeks of this, I called the company to complain. I asked them to stop calling and hanging up. The agent told me that the automated dialer calls whether there's an agent available or not.
After speaking to her, she had no evidence that I owed a debt at all. I asked to be mailed the debt information. I received them today, and they are merely letters with their name, a supposed 3rd party company, and all of this with random dollar amounts next to the name.
I called them to explain that sending me some form letters with a variety of dollar amounts on each page doesn't tell me much of anything about the debt. I told her I dispute the debts, again, and will continue to do so until I receive objective information for which I can determine if it's my debt or not! She hung up on me.
