I was a collector on the one once on peoples' mortgages and had I acted a fraction of the way these people act I would have lost my job!
The people that work for this collection service are the rudest and unprofessional group of people I have ever encounter. THey never listen to what you have to say and then you do get something in they scream at you like you are a child.
I understand many times the reason these people are calling is due to a delinquent account that we created, but that is no reason to speak to people in the form they do.
This also goes for the management of this organization would not be surprised if the management staff was picked from who could be the rudest on the phone.
On top of having to deal with them being rude Academy Collection decides they will call at all hours of the morning and night. I received a call from them at work and my personal cell phone at 10:00pm. I will be sending them a sertified Cease Communication request come Monday.
I have read all the comments on the way this company handles their business and they should be STOPPED!

These people should be taught a lesson by the same consumers they harrass and verbally abuse every day.
