On 10/04 Fairbanks forclosed on my property in East stroudsburg Pa. Not only was I not properly notified but the loan was for 85K they sold for 101K. On my trw there are two open accts with Faibanks one shows a zero balance the other shows a judgenment for 105K that is still not satisfied
I contacted them and they refuse to give me the info necessary to get it straightened out. I have been denied credit numerous times and feel they need to pay. If there are any lawyers around please contact me through the editor of this site.
