Pathetic service with no ethics, sham of a security process Ripoff

Estela Villagomez of the security department for Best Payment Solutions wasted three days of never even reviewing my documentation after her security department decided to hold my funds from a credit card processing transaction with my new client.

Then she played phone tag for four more days and only responded after multiple emails and voicemails.

Then after 7 days since my client's payment was originally processed, Estela informed me that the nature of my services provided for these transactions were not approved by Best Payment Solutions, and that I must refund my client's credit cards immediately.

I will now go two weeks more without my money and will then deal with Best Payment Solutions trying to charge me fees for handling this.
