Bank of America sold an account to Arrow Financial Services. I paid off the Arrow account in January now here it is March and lo and behold, it is still being listed as an unpaid collections. They even re-aged my collections account on my credit files. I call them and they tell me that it has been fixed on my credit report. I look at a live version of it online and it is still there after 15 months! I dispute and dispute with the credit file and Arrow just reverifies the debt. Then Arrow fully admits to me that I owe nothing. I have them on five separate violations. I am preparing to sue them. If anyone knows a lawyer in Tennessee who will take this on, let me know!
