I bought a car and had it financed through Drive Financial, not of my choice, have you mine! I to am a high risk person as well, not different then about 99.9% of every story I have read or come across. I love how so many others are so quick to draw the conclusion, that all these people are just sitting around making all these stories up! And yet they all have so many similarities. I will tell you why, what all these angery and hurt people have in common, is one thing! Drive Financial!!! That right folks!!! The big mystery is solved. And for all you loyal drive employee's who think you can rush into rip off.com and do damage control. Well. It is a little to late. And do you know who you all can thank? Yes that is right, your corporate head! If I had to do something, to someone, against my moral charter. I would rather work for someone else, remember this next time you call, another late customer... To force a payment, yell, lie. It could and will be you sometime, maybe not today, or maybe not tomorrow... But Karma has it way of bitting you in the b*t doesn't it?
Think on this as well folks. Would you do business with someone who would not put anything down in writting, would you say they are to be trusted, with your financial records, to be honest, forthcoming? Well. That is a little something Drive seems to have a problem with... See folks no paper trail, NO case. Learn to hold them to their word, they are holding you to yours! And will use it to their advantage EVERY TIME. Don't get even get smart, all people are held to the word of the law, that encludes Drive! They are not above it, as they would want to think they are. They have made a business on victumizing the financial stricken people, like Buzzards waiting for a sick animal collapse and fly down a devour you up.
For all you people who keep having problems with them calling 3 to 4 times a day, write to them and REQUEST a Cease adn Desist Order from them calling your home, job and cell phone, request that all correspondance be in writing, make sure they do not think you are avoiding them, or trying to get out of your obligations, only you perfer to deal with them in writing only, this way you have created a nice little paper trail fit for a court room if need be, and they will now be held to their word. Also if you are late, and a payment plan has not yet been set in writing by Drive Financial yet, send in, any amount of money, $20 extra to off set the late fees, and put on your check or money order, " Toward Principle Only" as therefor late fee adn interest will not eat all your monies up. Principle only equals 1 1/2 payments. And is go as a deferment, since Drive doesn't seem to want to work with people a little behind! I say there motto is "Not getting people into car's But getting them out of their car's!" Remember to send all corresponce to Drive Ceritified!!! Important!!! And if you get nowhere, send it to Joshua Miller: Office of the President. Send this Ceritified as well, after all no one can be trusted at Drive at this point.
He will write you back, as he did me, and acknowleging the Cease adn Desist Order, however if this continue (the calls, harrasment) Keep a call-log and enter everytime the call, who it is... Names people get names again important. Adn file a complaint on each and evryone of them, Business ethnic is what is their problem. If their company is going down into the ground let it be off their own doing. And for any of you who had to endure the Rudeness, and threats from Ms Hartford I feel for you, that is why I put a personal complaint on her. She would call my job and lie to them, I really hope she did not pride herself on this way of munipulation. Sorry couldn't pay me enough, to be speaky, a liar, or a bully.
I keep hearing about a class action on Drive, but the only one I know about is the one their own employee's have going against them. One really needs to be established against them in Calif.!
