When I noticed the $9.00 bills marked "mail/phone" on my credit card statement I realized that I had never ordered anything from "Reservations Rewards."
I called the number supplied on the statement, 800-732-7031, jumped the phone menu by dialing "O" and spoke with a rep who, without any protest, promised to refund all of the 6 charges totalling $54.00. I will expect to see it on my April statement.
She also gave me the Web Loyalty.com name and address and phone number: 203-929-5668 but could not supply an individual's name.
