Chase Bank1One Bank $2000.00 in NSF, Ignorant and rude dishonest manage

I have been with Bank1One (formally First Chicago) for over 25 years and very satisfied. Until Chase recently purchased Bank1One, I have accumulated $2000.00 in NSF fees.

This has been a nightmare, the new managers at the Chase Bank in Woodridge Illinois are ignorant, lazy, unprofessional and crude. I continuously tried to find out what was going on by emailing, the manager, leaving him phone messages and waiting in the lobby for over 3 weeks.
