I owed $5200.00 on my chase credit card. I paid off the the balance plus $200.00 more to cover any accrued interest. Chase bank refuses to credit the extra funds and continues to charge my account for accrued interest. Now the balance is climbing. I spoke with chase and they say i still owe them.
