Chase Bank
Credit Card Overpayment Not Credited While Interest Keeps Accruing

I owed $5200.00 on my Chase credit card. I paid off the balance plus $200.00 more to cover any accrued interest. Chase bank refuses to credit the extra funds and continues to charge my account for accrued interest. Now the balance is climbing. I spoke with Chase and they say I still owe them.
