Homecomings Financial
Illegal/fraudulent foreclosure

Well yesterday I was woken up by a sheriff serving me with foreclosure papers. The paperwork says I haven't paid my mortgage in 3 months. It also goes to state that I was notified 3 times about this so-called delinquent account. Said notification was sent certified, needing a signature. They never contacted us at all. I'm home everyday, all day. Gave me the name of the of their attorney in NJ. They included BS late fees and attorney fees. I have 20 days to make contact. They want a ridiculous lump sum sent to their Arizona office. I'm permanently disabled and on SSI. I'll be actively looking for an attorney immediately.

At sometime they bought my mortgage. Then later on they took it upon themselves to pay my taxes and include them in my mortgage. They didn't need to because they were always paid early, but they did anyway. They also never gave any coupons.

Guess I'll be suing them immediately and reporting them to every possible government agency possible. They received my mortgage payments. My payments were for higher dollar amounts than what was due, to pay off the note faster. The payments were early. The payments were USPS money orders (postal fraud anyone). They signed for the payments and I have the return receipts.

There is no way I'll let them steal my house/property from me and my family. That goes for them and their attorney. I guess I'll also have to deal with credit reporting agencies now. This is no worse than someone breaking into your house, except they apparently are able to steal the whole thing right out from under you. I'll go the legal way for now. These POS need to be dealt with on all levels, nationwide. Read into those last 2 sentences however you see fit.
