I closed my Firepay account 6 months ago. A merchant wrongly sent $200 to my closed account and they ACCEPTED it. They claim they returned it but 12 days later and it hasn't arrived. As I cannot speak to anybody, I sit and wait until somebody can care enough to track it. This shows the danger of using these services. What a shame that I cannot make a personal visit as I think they may want to pay at this point. The merchant who initially made the error is trying its hardest to put it right but the money is still with Firepay because it was never returned. They owe me $200 and I will get it - whatever it takes!
