Made me pay a $730 deposit before showing me the rate. The 30 year rate was a non-competitive rate that was. 75% higher than anywhere else. Would not pay back deposit. Same thing happened to my friend. This was a scam and they are misleading applicants to put down a deposit before showing the rates. Was told that they were competitive before putting down the deposit.
