Man these people SUCK. They are condescending and raise your rate for nothing, like some others do. They claim "its to bring your account more inline with the industry." Thats crap! I researched and called several other banks... And even started a website promoting them. You might want to check it out and transfer your balance right away before you have a nearly 30% rate.
