These guys threatened to file a judgement if I did not reply to their letter. I did reply and asked to set up a payment arrangement. I enclosed the first installment in the form of a check. My check was cashed. A week later I received a court notice that judgement had been filed against me for not responding to the notice previously sent. A week after that I received a letter from Dominion showing that they had received payment and STILL filed the judgement FOR NOT RESPONDING! How did they get my check and cash it and not get my response?
