On July 6 I discovered that my checking account was debited for $99.95 Check Number 0. I called my bank to find out they told me it was National Platium and gave me a phone to call (1-800-972-8094). I call the number and I was told that I had put in a application online for a credit card for up to 10,000 credit for shopping on June 18. I was online that day but I filled out several applications for payday loan only. I was inform that National Platium doesnt have anything to do with payday loan so I ask how the got my baqnk information, they said from my applicaton. Then they cancel the card and put my account in fraud account. Gave me a fax number to sent my police report for ident fraud. Also said that the money was non-refundable
