Ripoff deceptive company dirty ripoff dogs

I paid $200 for a "membership" to a credit card and a "merchandise book", neither of which I have ever been able to use. This company just debited my checking account for another $150 & three payments $49.95. I don't know what these charges are for!!! I have been trying to call the company's 800 number for three days now, at various times, and I keep getting their automated system. I hold for the next available rep, but they never come. Once I held for over 30 minutes then the phone just rang and rang! No one ever picked up! This company is a SCAM and is just taking money from people! What a system they have figured out!
