My account was debited 3 times; once for 149.00 from Freedom Gold, once for 49.95 from Teleflex and 59.95 from Distinct Advantage. I called to cancel these so called subscriptions that I suposidely signed up for and was told to send back the packages I was sent and my money would be refunded. I did in fact call and cancel on 5/31/06 and 6/9/06 and now today, July
12, I was told by a rude, arrogant " customer service representative" that my account had not been cancelled and that they were attempting to take money from my account again. I have followed up my cancellation calls with letters, that I was told today didn't matter. The letters did not go to the "customer service" dept. It is now 7/12/06 and I have not received any refunds and the rude man today told me that I am not entitled to a refund.
