Ripoff debited my checking account for 159.95 without my consent and without me applying for anything from them

I was online for my checking account blance on 1/28/06 and discovered a DEBIT on 1/27/06 for $159.95. I do NOT know who they are or why they debited my account because I did not authorize that. I need my $ returned to my account. I do not know WHO these people are that took my $.
