We recieved a call from capital financial around christmas i thought it was capital one calling to give us a credit card when we received the two letters asking us to sign and telling us we had to put 35% on everything we were to buy from them. We decided to cancle the card which we did we sent back a letter explaining that we were not looking for this type of card well they responded telling us they did nothing wrong and we were due no refund how do they get away with this when we did not get the card or sign any papers is ther any other way to get my money back other then fighting with my bank.
