To whom it may concern...

If you already work for Source Promotional Group, I personally wish yout the best and I hope you relize how broke you will eventually be and how you will lose most of your friends and family... (RUN, RUN FAST! FIND A NEW JOB!)

If you have a first, or if you were one of the lucky ones and have a second interview (your second interview will be anywhere from 8-10 hours, you DO NOT get paid, you DO NOT get promised a job, and you will be shadowing a leader or an assistant manager, going door to door selling Promotional packages. You have been PRE WARNED) please ignore this and find another job!

HECTOR MONTALVO JR!!! You will be promised the world... Starting of as an entry level field rep, to a MANAGER/OWNER, in only 8-10 monthes and making over $100,000.00 a year... BULL SH*T...

Your first three days of work you are in training. You will be paid a MAX of $50.00 a day. Than if you are ready to do this job by yourself it is 100% commision! Depending on the campaign you are working on you will make anywhere from $10.00 - $13.00 a card. You use your own car, your own gas (you DONOT get gas bonuses).. If you dont sell any cards you dont make any money!!!

Now, before you go out on your own, you will fill out a 1090..
If you do not know what a 1090 is, this means you have just became a small buisness owner and at the end of the year you owe the state 34% of all the money you made. EXAMPLE: you made $50,000.00 in one year selling these cards... 34% of 50K is $17,000!!! And I Highly doubt you put that money aside for TAXES...

Soooo, lets do the math all together now... Let's say you profited $700.00 in a week... (and thats a GREAT WEEK), 34% goes to the state (which most people dont find this out til tax season) so 34% of 700 is $238.00.. Now you only profited $462.00... Minus Gas (we'll say $30.00) your down to $432.00... Minus food and misc. Expenses (we'll say $40.00) Now your down to $392.00!!! Now at this job you will work about 60 hours a week!!! So if you divide 60 by 392, you are now making less than minimum wage!!! Congrats! Your 16 year old neighbor that works at Mcdonalds flippin burgers is making more monwy than you!!!

Bottom line, if you like to work for less than minimum wage and are willing to file bankrupcy, this is the job for you!!!
