I always go to the bank and get a bank check (which is also like a money order) you cannot acquire one unless you have the cash. It was sent overnight and a week later I received a notice to start forclosure proceedings because of insufficient funds.
I contacted GMAC the person did not know what a bank check was and went on to tell me it was because of insufficient funds I went on to explain to her what a bank check was, however she still went on about insufficient funds. I have been sending bank checks for at least 6 months.
This is totally uncalled for, therefore I am contacting my attorney.
