I filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in January. This company refuses to update and show that many of my accounts prior to January were discharged by order of the United States Bankruptcy court. I have since applied for new credit and every time this credit bureau report is pulled I am automatically denied credit. I have continuosly contacted this company about my issue with my bureau and nothing is done about it and any investigation done on my disputes are found against me. This company has caused undue harm to me and my family and caused me to lose prime jobs, credit and income.
