They are a Bait and Switch Company ripoff

I contracted to do a mortgage with this company. They switched my rate from 6% to 7.95% at closing. They also raised my closing cost and I didn't find out until i was at the closing table. I would advise everyone not to talk to this company. They are a bait and switch company. After the fact - I have heard a lot of bad things about Assurance. Don't do business with them!!
