I did not apply for the Impact card. I do order a lot online. I called them four times and explained the situation. "Sam" told me that I would get a full refund of $159 if I sent a fax. I sent the fax.
I got no reply that they received the fax. I call again. This time "Jumar" told me that I had to resubmit the fax, but I would only get the $100.
I re-faxed. He replied that he received the fax. Now he tells me that they would send paperwork that said they received the fax. I was to sign the paperwork and fax it back to them.
Yesterday, DEC. 02. I got an IMPACT credit card in the mail. It tells me to activate the card—but if I cancel the card without activating it, I would have to pay a cancellation fee.
Now, I sent them an obviously pi*ed off e-mail telling them to once again return my money. Conveniently, there is no one answering because it is the weekend. I call the number, there is no one answering.
How do I get my money back? And do they currently have a lawsuit pending?
The even bigger joke is that I NEVER applied and did not use their services. I claimed bankruptcy a year ago and am ineligible for credit by every non-secure credit card company or would have to put at least $200 into a secure card. $200 that I don't have.
What do I do next?
