I went into foreclosure do to a permanent disability. I owed the company for three months. My Mortgage was $1,309 a month and I owed the taxes for six months for $2,800.
They sent me a bill to bring me current for $13,756.00 of which I figured I owed roughly 4 months x $1309 = $5,236 $2,800 taxes totalling $8,036 plus some legal fees.
They refuse to give me a total break down of how that $13,756.00 was applied.
Then they advised they were raising my Mortgage to $2016 a month but when they sent me a new bill it was for $3,674.20, for my next mortgage payment due.
These people are frightening me I am disabled with a $1600 monthly fixed income and if they keep billing me like this I will lose my home.
Their operators can never explain how your payment was applied or what the next bill will state.
