Guys, if you meet this guy, turn around and run. The name of the guy is Victor Ivanovich Beloenko. He's kinda the owner of Asia-Redmet-Nerud, ZAO. Also the owner of EMBS, OOO. I mentioned that he was kinda the owner becuase actually, Asia-Redmet-Nerud had 4 shareholders before he singlehandedly made himself the only owner by using copies of other shareholders' signature and signing for them documents of passing the shares back to Beloenko.
But this is not the point of our report, even the tax owed to the state is not the topic, the topic is the Loan.
He took out a loan of 7M EUR from some Czech bank. How he pulled out this trick is still a mystery but what we know is that he faked the supply contracts with the state-owned power plants. Those supply contracts were about coal supply. Both signatures and stamps were faked, of course.
So using these couterfeight documents, he managed to get 6M EUR in machinery and 1M EUR in real money that he spent immediately.
Can you believe that 1M EUR could be spent less than in a month? It was supposed to be used to put the machinery through the Russian customs but that money was used in a different selfish way.
Beloenko bought a new 70,000 EUR Chrysler 300M car, paid the rent one year ahead for the office, again, singlehandedly signed agreements between his close relatives and the company stating that the company owes his relative big junks of money and made his accountant pay this money. Then he rented out a luxorious apartment, paid 2 years in advance for his son's education. And all that with NOT his money but the lender's money, the company money.
I wish other shareholders could know what was happening.
