I tried to pull up my credit report back Febuary of this year. As a result for the past several months I have been charged $12 monthly on my credit card for a service that I have cancelled before the free month promotion was over. I was assured they had and there would be no more fees charged. But guess what? The same day their rep made that "assurance" I was charged another $12 fee. The last time I notice a charge was this month Nov. 17. I am seeking legal counsel.
