I am another that was ripped-off by Hyla Stanton and her company, MMG/RMP. I was in the debt management program for over 3 years and accumulated $5,000 in my 'trust account'. I canceled out of the program on June 13 for lack of action on my behalf in paying off my debt and have yet to see my refund even though Hyla Stanton has emailed me stating she would send me money. She has stolen from me and many others.
I urge everyone to write to the FTC and report this. The FTC does not work on an individual basis but if they get enough complaints about the same org. Then it will catch their attention. I have sent numerous letters to state and fed organizations about this... The State Banking Dept. Of Arizona tells me the case is closed and they put Hyla Stanton out of business and there is nothing they can do for me. The gentleman I spoke with even said "Good Luck. I hear she's running out of money." I think this is so unfair considering I was never informed of any law suit going on and I should have been part of it as well.in this case, the State Banking Dept of Arizona & the Arizona's States Attorney's office worked together therefore, the State's Attorney's office for Arizona's is saying they probably won't be able to help me either.
How can all these organizations not help citizens trying to pay off their debt when someone steals from them? I read now that Hyla Stanton has her cars for sale on ebay and is trying to sell her 2 story house in the upscale Tempe neighborhood Triple G Ranch. We need to bring this to Federal attention before she runs out of the country or something.
Please keep posting if you hear anymore about how to get our refunds back or of any class action law suit that will be started.
