I am just one of the hundreds or even thousands that have been the victim of fraud, thieft and deception from Hyla Stanton and here cronies at Miracle Management Group then later changed the name to Risk Management Partners. They withdrew $500 per month from my bank account for 2 1/2 years. Early on they settled one account then the problems began. I had plenty of money in my settlement fund to settle accounts, but the never were and I was taken to court twice by my creditors. RMP kept telling me they were working on it, but nothing was settled. After I cancled my account and demanded my money back, I never heard from them again and I was also never able to contact them again. I have sent them countless e-mails, voice mails, faxes and even a couple of certified letters. All to no avail. As far as I can tell they have left town and took all our money. More than likely, they have just started up another scam to steal more money from desperate and unsuspecting people just trying to get out of debt. THIS IS A CRIME THAT NEED TO BE PUNISHED! I have done all the research and calling that I can do. I don't know how to find them. I heard there might be a class action suite filed, but have herad nothing more. Is anything happening that any of you are aware of... Let me know. I don't understand how this kind of criminal activity is alowed to go on with no conquenses from our legal or law enforcement agencies!
As far as I can tell this type of thieft and fraud is not being investigated or prosecuted by our civil authorities. As I read the other reporst on RMP/MMG I keep seeing the same response from the legal and civil community... Too bad... Try someone else... Sorry, we can't help you. Is this type of criminal activity OK with our civil authorities?!?! What is the typical law abiding citizen supposed to do when this type of crime has been perpatrated? Where are we supposed to turn to for help? Where is our legal system when we need it? If you have some answeres and know how we can join a civil or criminal suite again Hyla Stanton and RMP/MMG let me know. WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS CRIME! Even if we don't get our stolen money back, Hyla and Chris Stanton should be prosecuted and pay the penalty for their crimes of fruad and theift!
