I signed up with paysat inc. As a merchant on the 12th of feb. all these while, i got no order on my website{i am a protrait seller}. Paysat did not complain as they promised that i have nothing to lose when i get no orders.
Then a friend introduced me to an advertising company which helped me to boost my sale and i got an order worth $500, paysat promised to make payment after 6weeks (according to paysat, to avoid chargebacks} i waited and when its time, i got nothing.
I decided to write them and for almost a week, i got no reply to my mails, it seemed as if paysat was on vacation.
After so many mails, they replied that i have to wait for another boring 120 days before i will receive any payment.
Why?
They said because i did not get orders for those 6 weeks, i have to wait for 120 days. I asked who's policy it is and i got a reply that its paysat's policy
I had to come down and explain clearly to them {i sounded friendly} that i have spent so much and i can afford to wait till new year before i continue running my business and mr triton said " i am sorry, i cant help you". And this is supposed to be my money.
Then i threatened to close my account with them after the 120 days and i couldn't believe the reply i got
"you can close your account by clicking here" -mr triton
I feel that if paysat is not ready to run a business, they should leave the scene but pay me my money before they leave.
I have read a lot about them at www.paysat.org by frustrated people {if only i had read it before i signed up}
Before you sign up, check to see if they have a telephone number. They have none.
Send then 100 emails asking for your money and they will give you 100 reasons why you cant get your money
Merchants beware
