I will agree with both the other two people who have responded as well. I can tell you that the first person had it correct when she mentioned Unlicensed, miss informing employee's, not paying employee's, bouncing checks (which I have also experience as well as others in my office).
My friend was sexually harrassed for months and I have listened to recorded voicemails as well as threats made by Emmitt. As Debra being the HR (his sister) nothing would never be done since the family helps cover up what is really going on. I was not aware of the Drugs until two months ago and now it explains the calls I would get, him dissappearing for weeks at a time, and his strange and uncomfortable behavior.
If you are with The Cornerstone Group and you are still in DENIAL wake up and realize your COMPANY SUCKS! Emmitt is the laughing joke around Sacramento and I am SURE he has made and done several things that would be considered FRAUD. Unfortunately there are so many new people like I who believed the LIES and had to find out when it was too late that this company was NOT RUNNING A GOOD BUSINESS!
Now here is how he normally runs and I am sure that probably 90% of you can agree to this unless you are the few who are sexually involved with him, Money owed to you, changing your contract constantly so that he does not have to honor the payout (with no prior notice), bouncing checks or shortage of your check, no supplies in the office, allows other loan officers to do fraud and when caught be lenders will not fire them, and last he would hire inexperienced women who were very pretty at a much higher split then a loan officer with years of experience if he thought he had a chance to get involved with her.
Wow I could go on and on but the bottom line is that it is finally coming out and I am sure that we could probably get 100 more X employee's to respond.
