I did a search on Ocwen through Google. I stumbled accross this board. I too had a Delta Funding Loan that was sold to Ocwen I cant begin to tell you the problems I have every month. I tought I was crazy to think that they were sitting on my payment 10-15 days to charge me late fees Now I know Im not. I am truly on a mission to see that this company no longer takes advantage of people and Im also all for a class action Suit. I have Amy from Ocwen recordings every month when I pay on time, They also escrowed me when I pay my own ins and when I went to pay them back of the 518.00 I sent seperatly 300.00 went to intrest. I have reported the to the BBB but it did nothing. I have to call costumer service regularly and was once hung up on by a rep. I have had it with this company, Im very fustrated and now after reading some very sad storys of people loosing there homes, Im angered even more I would like anyone taking action against this company to contact me cutieonli@aol
