ATM Fee of $1.50 and $30 Charge for Unavailable Funds

This bank has outrageous charges when you use there atm's $1.50 if you use your card as a debit rather then a credit it should be free if you withdraw funds from your atm and funds are not available you are charged $30 it should just say not available and not have to pay a charge they performed no service for this type of charge
