I have never used my current bank account to make any online purchases or apply for any pay day loans. I am not sure how they got my routing and account number as I have never even heard of this company. Never did I authorize USA CREDIT to withdraw funds from my bank account. I am in the process of filing another dispute with my bank as they attempted a second illegal withdrawal of funds in the amount of $149.95 from my account.
The first withdrawal happened on 5/14/09 and we put a stop on that attempt that was good for 6 months, however if they attempted to withdraw the funds with a different name or even changed one character in thier name the stop would not be effective. And low and behold they changed how they made the attempt so the stop would not prevent them from making an attempt.
This is very illegal considering they do not and did not have my authorization to withdraw these funds.
