Collecting liens on property plus interest -gleaned from public records in Brevard Co. Florida

They are mailing collection noteses to people in Brevard Co. Fl to collect civil leins on property. They show the amount of lein and an amount of interest to date.
There is no interest added to civil leins in Florida.
The County will not confirm to me that they have been contracted for collections.
