Taken advantage of my husband and I by charging a huge $9,178.87 pre-payment penalty when we pay of our house. Abused & mistreated

OCWEN Federal Bank has taken advantage of my family by charging us a huge pre-payment penalty of $9,178.87 on our real estate loan. They have also been slow to process our payments and they have harrassed us for payment on the 20th of the month prior to when payment is due on the 1st. Don't get a loan from them no matter what.
