Mr. Stevens stated that I had not turned in any paperwork requesting the rate forms, and therefore refused. I had 3 weeks prior. I was treated as an idiot, as well as being told that Wells Fargo Agents didn't know how to read the paperwork in the first place.
After several phone calls and complaints, the next call from Mr. Stevens to me, he stated that he still didn't know what I was requesting. It WAS
1. Copy of my complete file
2. Note of rates
3. Payment overview.
How hard is this to figure out that anything with my account information is to be sent to Wells Fargo?
I trust Wells Fargo, it seems they do know what they are talking about.
