Ripoff, fraudulent, no actual catalog sent, misleading, scammer, spammer RIPOFF

I recived a blue looking credit card (no visa, mastercard, etc. Offering a 6,500 credit limit but was accepted for 8,500.

Upon talking to a representive they assured me that I could cancel if the service was not to my expectations, and that my catalog was coming in the mail to look; with 14days to cancel.

I reluctantly gave them my routing and checking account number. Thinking this could be a way to consolidate debt but having to pay it back within a month, thus no finace fees. However before the 14days I decided that I no longer wanted the catalog (that was late coming, and never has.) So I called to cancel however could not get ahold of a represenative.

I have now been charged $199.99 for no representation, catalog, or anything promised, with no one to call. I will be going to my bank to hopfully dismiss this as a case of fraud and retrive my stolen money.
