We were inpendently contracted by Barron's Financial to originate loans. Within the contract it was stated that in the event the contract was terminated, we were to be paid for any loans that were submitted and in process prior to termination. We saw to it that the loans would close as scheduled, we waited the appropriate amount of time as outlined in the contract and then contacted Barron's office in an attempt to speak to Mr. Justin Henderson and resolve this issue. He never accepted or returned any calls and obviously hasn't honored the contract he signed. We have realized that we are probably not the only people that have had to deal with treatment such as this, and would like to caution others before they subject themselves to like treatment.
