Ipoff: this company threatens with imprisonment for not paying in two days

I got a call from a Henry Jay on September 28th and he stated that I had a payday loan out with a company that I had never heard of and he told me that if I didn't pay $850 by September 30th that he would send someone to my job with an arrest warrant and I would go to jail for bounced check charges. I don't understand.
