It was around the middle of August I applied for a loan on the interenet. A couple of days later I Got a call From an Amanda in the morning on my cell phone.
I was dropping my kids of at the Babysitters when she told me that I was approved for Loan of $60,000. She did that if we did the loan we needed to have insurance on the loan or have a co-signer or Use a home as collatoral. The loan was for a business so I didn't think anything of this.
I decided to go ahead and get the insurance on the loan just in case anything happened where I got hurt and couldn't mak my payments.
She got all my information I paid for the insurance $700and then they said that I needed to get the premium coverage on the insurance because of my credit so I paid the the premium coverage $500. She told me that I would get the money withing 24/48 hours..
24/48 hours go by and no money in my acct. She said that I needed to apy for the fees to have the money wire and for that amnt of $1200 it was $300 so I paid that.
Still no money they had messed up on the acct number then mixed the routing # and acct# up. Everything was all screwed up.
I spoke to a guy and Tony Smith and I asked if he can FedEx me the money since that was an option. He said yes. Well 24/48 hours go by and no FedEx. NO MONEY..
Called back again spoke to Amanda and she said there was no FedEx rechecked my acct information and they had the routing as my acct # and my acct# as my routing #.. So I said since you are having a problem with that just FedEx it to me..
Well guess what*24/48 hours go by no FedEx no Money. Not able to get ahold of Amanda.
I called back spoke to TONY CLARK this time same person as Tony Smith and Amanda was in meetings all day than out of the office for a week and couldn't tell me what is going on with the acct.
Well I still talk to Amanda and says she is not handling the acct anymore and will have customer service call me and I have been waiting for about 3 Weeks for customer service to call me. And all she can say is I'm sorry for the inconvienence. But it is out of my hands.
You know with 4 kids, Myself and my husband working Fulltime a $1800 rent payment and Mortgage payment of $1767. This really put me in a hole. $1500 out of my pocket it may not seem like much but when you live paycheck to paycheck it is a hell of a lot.
We have learned a big lesson from this all, but I can not change our financial situation now. I was just trying to buy the business that we planned on for the past 5 years. And we actually thought OUR DREAM was comming true. I can cry I can be depressed I can hate I can be all of that but it is not going to changed the situation I am in now.
It really sucks to no know if you are going to have money for your next bills due because this shit really set me behind.
Last time I talk to Amanda was 09/28/05 and in the morning and she said that she would have customer service call me in 15 minutes. Haven't heard anything back form Cust. Serv. & have not been able to get ahold of her since this morning.
