Me and 2 of my friends worked for this guy. We submitted several loans to him (and had a signed contract) that he would pay us once a month. He STOLE $50,000 worth of commissions from us and pocketed it. I was told by a reliable source that he took our money and bought an investment property with it.
We will be suing in court in October and put him out of business. Since our attorney is one of the best, he will be paying a tremendously hefty price for his crime. I would suggest this one principle: Do your due diligence thoroughly BEFORE you do business with someone.
If you see a RED FLAG, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. IF YOU HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED, please consult with legal counsel and (if a crime was committed) talk to the FTC, Attorney General and the police.By not drawing up charges or filing a criminal complaint, you will only EMBOLDEN THE ENEMY TO VICTIMIZE MANY MORE PEOPLE.
