After 75 emails, pictures, phone calls, signed contract (that she signed with a fake name) i sent her 2 cockatoos (a male and female) and she sent me nothing in return. No money, no akc dogs (which was our agreement) nothing!
I notified the police, they went to her house, saw my birds and basically said because it was done on the net they didn't know how to handle it. The police even know who purchased my birds from the thief... But i still have no birds, no money, and no justice. The man that bought the stolen birds from her had the nerve to call me to ask their names! I told him their names are "stolen and stolen!" he knows he has stolen birds yet he doesn't think he's committed a crime?
I had the birds for sale for $1800 plus shipping so basically i've been ripped off for $2200.00
After not hearing from the detective in crookston for over 2 months, i am now forwarding all the information on this thief/scam artist to the attorney general of MN... As are the other people she has done this too. Hopefully they will also see the man that bought them as committing a crime as well... After all IF some one steals a car and the police find it... Its given back to the owner and the people involved are punished... Are live animals less important than a car?
I have recieved many emails from people that she has done this to and i have given them all the contact info i have and forwarded their emails to the detective. She has also made threatening emails to me and the others, threatening to tell lies about them and to give out their private information... That is seen as a crime in my state and hopefully in the others too... So if she has done this to you... Keep all the emails/messages/calls and forward them to the attorney general in mn.By signing a false contract and never intending to pay or send the agreed trade she has committed fraud. Which is a crime in all 50 states.
I have EVERY single dated email, message, and cell phone messages she sent to me. I have the fake pictures and signed contract, phone numbers, etc. I made copies for the police in her state and in mine.
