Josh McMullen is a small time crook, operating in the Paulding County, Georgia area. Hes originally from Kissimmee, Florida and still has family there. He owns a recovery and towing business that has no business license. He basically steals cars and sells them to chop shops. He has a criminal background and has a history of stealing jewelry, tools, cash, guns and electronics from friends and family to pawn for cash. He has recently targeted young, single moms to steal from. On several occasions and with different women, hes take items from their house or the homes of people she introduces him to and he takes these items to pawn shops around metro Atlanta.
